Over the last 25 years, Erik developed extensive expertise and deep domain knowledge working at major telecom companies. His international career includes senior & executive level positions. Over the years, Erik has been a regular speaker & moderator at major international telecom conferences.
Fahad has over sixteen years’ sales field experience in Telecom and Wholesales International Capacity Sales, including over 6 years of professional sales of Data Centre’s (DS’s)customized Solutions/Services and connectivity.
He is in Telecommunications and DC’s Business Development industry since 2014. Worked in different strategic projects as an adviser for clients to control spending and building a culture of long-term saving (CAPEX to OPEX) on all aspects of the business when it comes to IT requirements and projects deliverables .
Prior to Omantel Wholesales Unit, he held a variety of positions in Oman as well as in the region Data Park - Oman, Ooredoo Oman, and Gulf Air Sales in Bahrain, Dubai and Oman. He holds Bachelor of Science in Economics from Sultan Qaboos University and an MBA in Information Technology from Middle East College.
Ka Vin built his first data centre company i-STT in 1999 and brought Equinix to Asia with a merger in 2002. He spent the next 5 years growing the Equinix platform in Asia. He continued his successful career for the next 20 years where he built up 1-Net North, CyberCSF (now known as NTT Nexcenter) and TCCT Bangna. Well-connected in the data centre industry, Ka Vin co-founded Data Center First with the vision of building the NexGen DC platform that will be the crossroads of the digital world.
Jens Leuchters is the managing director at NewTelco GmbH, where Jens is responsible for sales as well as product development. Jens develops the strategy for the SME market entry, as well as the digitization of internal business processes.
Jens has been in ICT since 1993 and started his career in internal IT at BT. Since 2003 he has been responsible for international management functions, including Interoute (GTT) and NTT.
As Regional Manager starting from 2003, Jens built the carrier business at Interoute. Next to this he was driving the enterprise GTM as well as the integration & migration of the acquired hosting provider PSI-Net in the DACH region. In 2009 he took over the management of the Japanese NTT Communication for CEE as Region General Manager. In 2016, Jens took over the SVP Network Services position in NTT Europe, where he pushed ahead with the transformation of the corporate network to SDWAN solutions and transferred the European Network BU into a global network factory.
Jens lives in the area around Frankfurt and is a passionate scuba diver and classic car fan.
Martin has enjoyed a varied career in the telecommunications as both a Consultant and Senior Manager at different times and he has much experience in Network and Internet services. Prior to joining Equinix he worked in Cyber-Security for some years with leading three-letter agencies worldwide.
Martin has worked at Equinix since 2011 as a subject matter expert in networking and latterly business development focused on peering and interconnection. Martin’s role promotes all forms of peering and interconnection, primarily leveraging Equinix products: operated and hosted Internet Exchanges, Cloud Exchange Fabric, dark fibre infrastructure and Metro Connect services
Martin has two grown-up children and four grand-children and lives in the New Forest, Hampshire UK with his wife and stepson.

Robert began his telecom career at Ericsson in 1983, as a Controller and subsequently Finance Director, in one of its Middle Eastern branches. Following his return to Sweden in 1989 he joined Ericsson’s Customer Finance Department as Finance Manager. His main responsibilities were to manage South East Asia and Latin America.
After leaving Ericsson in 1994 he was managing Customer Finance in the International Civil Engineering field for Skanska AB in Africa, Europe and Latin America up to 1997.
He returned to the Telecom market in 1997 when joining NatWest Markets (later Greenwich NatWest) in London as Associate Director TMT Structured Finance with global origination responsibilities.
In 1999 he joined Credit Lyonnais and the Structured Finance TMT department in Paris to Co-Head the Department as Senior Vice President. In 2004, with the merger between Credit Lyonnais and Credit Agricole, he assumed responsibility for the Global TMT Structured Finance activities for Calyon (Credit Agricole CIB) as Managing Director.
Robert joined ING TMT Structured Finance early 2007 and assumed the role of Managing Director and Global Head of TMT Structured Finance and a member of the Structured Finance Management Team in 2008 before leaving ING summer of 2011 to join Huawei.
In Huawei Robert’s responsibilities as an Executive Director in Customer Financing were primarily to support Sales Finance Solutions in Middle East and South Asia Pacific but also to assist in the financial management elsewhere in the Huawei Group until joining Natixis in March 2019.
