Martin has enjoyed a varied career in the telecommunications as both a Consultant and Senior Manager at different times and he has much experience in Network and Internet services. Prior to joining Equinix he worked in Cyber-Security for some years with leading three-letter agencies worldwide.
Martin has worked at Equinix since 2011 as a subject matter expert in networking and latterly business development focused on peering and interconnection. Martin’s role promotes all forms of peering and interconnection, primarily leveraging Equinix products: operated and hosted Internet Exchanges, Cloud Exchange Fabric, dark fibre infrastructure and Metro Connect services
Martin has two grown-up children and four grand-children and lives in the New Forest, Hampshire UK with his wife and stepson.
AMS-IX has appointed Onno Bos as sales director. Bos comes from a strong background in sales and has previously held positions at BT, GTS and TeliaSonera.
He leaves his position as senior sales manager at Liaison Technologies for the role, and will now be responsible for managing the AMS-IX sales team and guiding the company’s partner programme.
"His experience will be instrumental in helping us to further grow on a national and international level," said Cara Mascini, CMO at AMS-IX.
Bos holds a master in law from Leiden University in the Netherlands. "I’m honoured to join a market leader that operates in such a dynamic and international world," he said.
Halil Kama is a peering advisor for the London Internet Exchange (LINX). The largest non-profit purely mutual Internet Exchange operator in the world. He has several years experience of working at the heart of the internet with vast exposure to over 750+ of the top ranking internet & telecoms companies globally, enabling connections to millions of users daily.

Bernhard Pusch is Head of Global Internet Strategy at Telstra.
Based in Paris, Bernhard is responsible for developing and driving Telstra’s Internet business and peering activities globally. He joined Telstra in 2005, and prior to his current role was responsible for developing the wholesale business in Continental Europe, the Middle East and Africa as well as with European OTTs.
Bernhard has more than two decades of experience in IT and telecoms in Europe and Asia, spanning roles in sales, product management and marketing. Before joining Telstra, Bernhard was Sales Director for Global Accounts at Nortel, based in Hong Kong.
In November 2019 Bernhard was elected to serve on the supervisory board of AMS-IX (Amsterdam Internet Exchange) for 3 years. He is currently a member of the finance committee there supervising reporting and forecasting processes.
