Over the years, Erik has been a regular speaker & moderator at major international telecom conferences.
David Ellard is an experienced technical communicator and educator, who focuses on building and maintaining clear lines of communication between customers, prospects and Digitalk to ensure transparency and to facilitate understanding. He has more than two decades of experience, overseeing the delivery of market-leading projects for organisations such as Vodafone, EE, and Roshan. David’s passion for communication stretches beyond the office environment, as he is a veteran yoga and martial arts teacher, leading seminars throughout Europe and the US. David holds a degree in Philosophy, specialising in the Philosophy of Language and Consciousness, from Southampton University.
Neil is responsible for Digitalk's overall cloud strategy and technical evolution. Under his leadership, Digitalk has developed and maintained a carrier-neutral trading environment, serving more than 200 wholesale operators and carriers globally, which achieved 100% uptime in 2020. With more than 25 years’ experience in real-time voice services, Neil previously led prepaid services strategy for operators such as KDDI and Primus, before moving to Digitalk in 2001.
