Carrier Community (CC) is a global telecom club established in 2008 and organizing annual global carrier community meetings in London since 2008 for the members. CC organized its 1st AMERICA 2018 GCCM – Mexico City on 9th & 10th of April in JW Marriott Hotel. 180+ club members from 75+ telecom operators and 21+ countries representing decision makers from the Tier-1, Tier-2 and Tier-3 meet and networked in Mexico City.

The Carrier Members got together from OTT, Data, MVNO, Voice, SMS, Mobile, VAS, Cable, Satellite, IX, ISP, Enterprise, Data Centers and other related segments.

As the senior director for Latin America at the Global IP Network, David Berrios is responsible for the company’s IP sales and overall market strategy in the Latin American and Caribbean markets.  Mr. Berrios spearheads NTT Com’s efforts in the region including strategic alliances, new market expansion and feasibility studies, and he is also responsible for direct and channel sales teams.

Within NTT Com, Mr. Berrios has held various positions in the global IP sales and business development organizations.  Mr. Berrios holds a BA in International Business and Marketing from Washington State University and is a native of Barcelona, Spain.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisville, Kentucky.
